Diffuse thinning with pink scalp

Hi everyone,

I've been diffuse thinning for 2 years now. Last year alone, I've lost so much density so that bald patches start to show up... :( And throughout the entire time I've been losing my hair, I had constant itchiness and pink scalp! I've tried all sorts of hair shampoos. Nizoral, Nioxin, Tea-Tree, you name it. Nothing helped. Scalp remains slightly pink(ish) and itchiness doesn't go away. Sometimes it's better and sometimes it's worse. I don't have dandruff but I noticed that my hair roots hurt if I move my hair shafts (combing or wind) especially in balding areas. It is bad enough to deal with diffuse hair thinning but this shitty scalp condition makes me go crazy. Did any of you guys have same issues? Do you think it is related to on-going MPB?
