Can someone help with a poweshell script to create bulk users?

I need to create users 7 through 60, add them to Warehouse Scanners group, create the password that's the same as the username, disable password change at next logon, disable changing passwords, and then enable account. How would this be done? I'm setting the password after adding them to group for the fine grained password policy to set in before setting the password
