Thoughts on Spoilers

I've read the rest of Season 7 plot lines and I was curious on everyone's thoughts about spoilers in general.

Do you think knowing how this season ends spoils the episodes at all?

Or is it a kin to reading a book first then watching it play out in a movie?

I was slightly upset last nihht after I read the spoilers and I thought about how surprised I would have been during the season finale had I not already known what I'd going to happen.
