LE/BLM - Gate line vs build week

I've read all about the harassment tactics in the gate line, pulling people over for borderline non-infractions as an excuse to initiate a time-consuming vehicle search. From your experiences, is this generally only once gate line has opened, or can my camp's Build Week attendees count on this VIP treatment as well?
