The Scary hitchhike

Graphic Violence

On the dark day of December 22nd 2016, my wife and I went out for dinner at a local restaurant. We both were happy and satisfied with our meal. After finishing our meal, I payed for the food and tipped the waiter 5 dollars. We both headed to my 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander getting my key out of my pocket and unlocking the doors. I started the engine and started driving home. In the middle of the drive, the engine started to smoke and suddenly the car stopped in the middle of the road. Both my wife and I pushed the car to the side of the road leaving us a few miles away from our house. I checked my phone but it had 2% battery so I asked my wife to call car maintenance but her phone had no service, we both knew we were screwed.

As we were walking home on the side of the road, a bright shine of light was coming closer behind us, it was a car. We raised our arms and waved for the car to stop, and thankfully it did. I asked the driver to take us home and that we would pay him, he said that he didn't need our money and he would take us home. My wife and I looked at each other smiling and entering the car. We both sat in the back seat talking to the driver as we were heading home. But I fell asleep during the talk because I was exhausted from the walk. My wife didn't really know the address of the house because we just moved in to it.

I suddenly woke up and looked out the window. I thought to myself where the hell this guy was taking us. I asked him and he replied back with a grin, "you'll see". Our night was ruined. My wife and I started to ask him to let us go but he said "no" with a deep voice. I tired to open the door without him noticing but the door wouldn't budge, that wasn't a good idea anyway since the car was moving. We both looked out the window and we were both scared and terrified what we just looked at. My wife couldn't hold it in so she started screaming. The driver told her to shut up. He came to a stop opening the door and exiting out the vehicle. There was a faint smell that entered the car which smelled really horrible, like rotten meat or spoiled milk.

He opened the back door where we both sat and grabbed my wife's arm so he could get her out of the car. I held tight to her so she wouldn't go but he got her out without even struggling. He took her to a small wooden cabin but I followed them trying to make him stop. He let go of my wife and punched me in the face knocking me out. The last thing I heard was my wife screaming in the background. I saw her being forced to enter the cabin with little to no vision and suddenly I blacked out.

To be continued..
