How to create ideologies

Hello there, I'm making a little mod aiming to create some ideologies like "Reformism" or "Populism", but I can't seem to find any good tutorials explaning the process: I've only found some posts about creating "subtypes" in current existing ideologies, but the problem is I want to make a completely new one. Is there something out there to teach me how to do it?
