[Discussion] Support or interest in a fantasy-style healthy lifestyle game?

Long time lurker here. I [25f] lost my mum about six months ago and I'm looking to rebuild my motivation in life.

Tldr; I'm posting this here because I had an motivational game idea for myself that I think would help me. But I feel embarrassed by it and could use some support or suggestions or just overall responses so I can give it a shot, maybe post it on here someday for anyone to use.

Mixing artistic creativity and the possibility that my efforts might help other people has helped me in the past. I'm not really open enough to ever really want to share my own experiences publicly, like pictures or personal stories, so that rules that out. But I've made little boardgames for friends in the past, and I was thinking of maybe designing a board game for myself that turned my life tasks into ways of gaining points within the game itself. I've seen app versions of things like this that looked kind of cool, but the physical aspect of it might help me out. And I'd like to stick to a theme, either DnD realm type or some sort of superhero themed thing. And by that, I'd create physical symbols for the tasks completed, like meal-prep Sunday might have something correlative in that world, and I could write pain management meditations that fit into that world. I love things like The Hero With a Thousand Faces by Joseph Conrad, so designing it to be somehow hero centric would be fun. I guess I feel pretty embarrassed by the idea, but maybe if I finish it I could post it on here for other people to use for motivation so if anyone else is like "oh, that actually sounds cool," or has an idea for what they'd like in it if they were to get something like it, any response would be very welcomed.
