[Product Question] Ceramides for the Silicone/Fatty Alcohol Intolerant (AKA Abandon all Hope, ye who enter here)

CeraVe, FAB, Stratia Liquid Gold, and a number of SCA's other favorite ceramide products all have silicone and/or fatty alcohols, which are also kinda irritating to a good number of people on this sub. But to all of you who can't have fatty alcohols and/or silicones (I'm of the silicone variety), what do you guys use with Ceramides, and what are your favorites?
