If the seven of the prophecy weren't children of gods/goddesses, what would they turn out like?

Keep in mind that Sally wouldn't have married Gabe, Beryl Grace wouldn't be a drunk (remember, she was a kind actress before Zeus came along), Leo's mom would be alive, Frank's probably would still be in the military but wouldn't be able to shapeshift, and none of them would have ADHD or Dyslexia (unless it was more than the average demigod ((I.e., Leo might have ADHD to a lesser extent))). Thoughts?
