I am expected to act like a normal human being

I don't take care of myself, mentally or physically, which leads to me being tired, again mentally as well as physically, all of the time. The problem is that I am the only one who knows this. Others don't, and expect me to act normally.

It's just so tiring to do even the simplest of things, like putting words in the right order in a conversation. I'm a shell of a human being, that others don't (can't) see past, and they don't seem to understand just how difficult it is for me to accomplish anything.

I don't think I'm the only one who finds the simplest of tasks exhausting?

Sorry if this was a bit rambly; as I said, I'm tired.
