Coming for a weekend, need recommendations from the local crew

Hey all! I'm flying in this weekend to visit some family and was going to try and hit up a few local breweries. My sister said "there's been a few breweries open since you were here last". That's only a mild understatement. I'm pretty overwhelmed by the variety and sheer volume of breweries open now. So, I'm hoping to get a bit of knowledge dropped on me by people who would be in the know. So, to help you help me...

  • Going to be in the Tampa/St.Pete area
  • Coming in Fri afternoon, leaving Sunday night
  • Looking for beers in the Belgian and German traditions
  • Sours are a plus
  • Meads are a plus
  • Don't care so much about super hoppy styles
  • I've already been to CCB
  • I'm a homebrewer myself, so any brewery that would actually have a brewer on hand to talk about their facility and process would be a huge bonus. Nothing is more of a bummer than hitting up a new brewery and only having uninterested bar staff manning the place.

TIA!
