PoF pre-purchase boxed edition - any news after two weeks?

I know that many of you do not care if the game is in the box or it is just digital download. But I am "old fashioned" and would like to have all important game boxes on my shelf and I do not care if the box cointains only the code.

I have boxed collectors edition of GW2 pre-purchase.

I have boxed standard edition of HoT pre-purchase (that was the only boxed edition available).

Where is my boxed standard edition of PoF pre-purchase? Any news?

Please, ANet... If it is too much for you to release pre-purchase PoF box just say it - do not prolong the awkward situation... And if you are not going to release pre-purchase PoF box edition then maybe just release some "official files" of the PoF box cover/insert ready for homemade printing?

sadface :(

Please do note: I do not want to buy/pre-order boxed edition and receive it after release date. I want to receive all pre-purchase bonuses with my boxed edition, just like it was before in cases of GW2 base and HoT.
