Honda out of stock on the color/features I want for Civic Hatchback ... any guesses on when the 2018s might hit?

Started shopping for a 2017 Civic EX hatchback recently and had my heart set on Cosmic Gray and Honda Sensing. Apparently they don't have any EX hatches with Sensing in Nevada (where I am), Cali, Utah, or Arizona (the states NV trades with).

And not only don't they have Gray, but they're also out of my second- and third-choice colors (Polished metal and Silver) in those four states.

So I've decided I'm just going to wait for the 2018 models, which I figured would hit soon. But I've been reading that the 2018 Accords might take as long as early 2018 to actually hit dealerships. I'm hoping that's because the Accords had a refresh, and the Civic hackbacks might come out much earlier. Thoughts? Rumors?

Particularly nerve-racking for me because I'd applied for an excellent financing rate with USAA that expires at the end of September. (I assume there's no chance they'd come out before then and I'd have to get new financing...)
