Looking for a mod on Xbox one.

Hey everyone I've been trying to find a good map overhaul for the pip-boy but can't find anything for it. I was wondering if their are mods available already or if their is a mod similar to a better map (even if it's just a color version of the map).

Sorry if this has been asked before.
