Thinking about importing DQXI...

I'm really considering importing DQXI for PS4 (I'm sure it doesn't have a region lock out). We all know how bad Square Enix is with release windows, so it gave me a little doubt when they announced it's coming to America next year. My Japanese is pretty okay (I'm playing Pokemon Green in Japanese, and I'm about midway through the game), and I know a website where I can import it. What should I do? Should I just wait until the NA release, or go ahead and get it?
