Payment method required

Hello Redditors.

Please can somebody give assistance. I have set up my bank account (had debit already set up) and it shows as verified in green next to bank account. I wired in money and went to test selling bitcoin to see if it went into my bank account and no luck. I removed my debit card because the bank option was not showing to transfer funds! Now it asks me to verify payment method.

I set up my bank account last night by sending over the information. They say it takes 1 - 2 days to verify a bank account and I'm aware they are experiencing service issues, but i'm under the impression that verified next to the bank account means i'm good to go on transferring my bitcoins if need be to my account? It says 'payment method required' before i can buy or sell.. please help! Do I still need to wait for verification even though it says verified?
