Never Surrender after you reconnect!

I just had a game where i had troubles reconecting. After about 2 Minutes I succesfully joined my game. My team wanted to surrender because the game started as a 4v5. Sadly the surrender vote got through and we surrendered. As the AFK player i got the loss and penalty, while everybody else got the usual no IP/LP message as they told me in the postgame lobby.

Long story short: If your reconect dont vote for surrender pre 3 mins, you will get a loss.
