Been seeing threads about Thrawn, is it that time again?

Been seeing more threads about the Phoenix team farming strats for Thrawn.

What's the big deal? Is a Thrawn event around the corner? Should I focus everything on gearing and 7*'info then?

Or is this like back in June where the devs hinted about Luke being the main event in August of this year?

Thanks
