Double 5 Star Maddness

We all go a little mad sometimes....

I am curious and want to query whales out there who wish to share, what is your worst run of pulls while going for a particular unit. I recently had a very bad spout of RNG, and yes, I am salty and bitter, but i will get over it in time as will my pocketbook.

This is also a word of caution to any who think that going after both 5 star bases in a single event is anything but maddness, the game is stacked against you.

My pulls for Veritas of the Dark (only 5 star bases, because I pulled nearly 1500 units in the attempt).

Now, any sane person would have stopped after the 2nd Fire Veritas, but I was being a stubborn ass and decided I had to have Veritas of the Dark. After the EX Tickets were spent, I have 9 total Fire Veritas. So, that was really, really dumb.

As I said, this is a word of caution to anyone who is thinking about putting in $$$$ to hunt down a specific unit. Double 5 start banners are horrifically stacked against us.

Now, if anyone else is willing to share, what is your worst run until you got the unit you wanted?

Edit: Thank all who have responded here. It has been therapeutic to see that I am not the only one who participates in this kind of activity. I am not all that salty, actually relieved that I am not alone in my vices.
