Need Help Choosing a "Lagless" Monitor for Melee

Hey, I'm aware that most monitors don't have "0" input lag like a crt t.v. However, I would still like to get a monitor that comes as close as possible to a crt t.v or one that can even provide "0" input lag like a crt.

Anyone know of a monitor(s) that I should be getting? Also, if their are additional cables required, that would be helpful too.

The monitor I'm considering is "BenQ ZOWIE 24 inch Full HD Gaming Monitor - 1080p 1ms Response Time for Competitive eSports Gaming, Dual HDMI, DVI-D, D-Sub (RL2455)" but I here that it is kinda outdated and there are newer/ better technology.

Also I will be getting either the "StarTech.com 6-Inch HD15 to Component RCA Breakout Cable Adapter - M/F (HD15CPNTMF)"

or

Sewell Wii to HDMI Converter, Low Latency, 480p

Is their any response time difference between the Sewell HDMI converter and Startech Component cable? I'm sure they probably provide different visuals, but i'm far more concerned with the input lag.

If anyone knows of something even slightly better than anything mentioned above, I'd really appreciate it.
