send me good vibes, bromos!

I'm waiting to hear back from my mortgage broker whether or not we will be able to close on our home. we've already done some pretty extensive repairs and are living there for me. whether it's prayers or vibes or just love out into the great wide open, please send me all that you've got. I'm going crazy and simultaneously am dying for an answer and don't want to know.
