Question: how do I make it so I can listen to multiple channels at once, or have a separate push to talk for certain individuals. I can't find any guides.

I don't even know if it's possible but my teamspeak server used to have this function. It was incredibly useful when leading large missions in Rust or Arma. Basically we had 3 separate squads with a lot of people and to avoid voice clutter we setup a separate push to talk so only leaders could hear no matter what room you are in. So even though they were in separate channels the leaders could still communicate important info to eachother for tactical purposes. Is this possible on discord?
