Need Help with Flashing the Preonic

Hi guys,

I am currently trying to flash the preonic keyboard to its default layout on Windows 10 using QMK flasher and even Atmel Flip. But I am unable to do so much to my dismay. I have ensured that the right atmel drivers are installed and the preonic going into bootloader mode when i reset it.

However, on the QMK flasher, it doesnt allow me to flash with the no sign cursor when i hover over the flash now key. Similarly, on the Atmel Flip, it is unable to open the USB device.

Is there anything else i should be looking out for?
