Bios troubles

The story is pretty simple. Last night I was playing PUBG and turned off the computer monitor, everything was fine. Now, about 13 hours later, I'm stuck in the bios screen and have tried nearly everything to get out of it.

I reset everything back to the defaults and it worked. In the middle of watching a video (about 10 minutes later) the video shut down and the "your PC had an error... restarting" text popped up, restarted my computer and I'm stuck in square one.

All the hardware seems to be working in clean. I've had this issue before but it was a simple fix. Any thing I'm missing?
