Need help with a friend who took nutmeg

Hey r/Drugs, a friend of mine is going through a breakup right now and has been feeling depressed, i received a message from her earlier today and she told me shes taken 'Nutmeg' in some form or another. I'm visiting her tomorrow, any advice on what i can do to help lessen the effects or damages of the drug in any way and if i should take any precautions in dealing with her. Or am i just being overdramatic.
