What to do with Commuter Check

I have a commuter check I no longer need with a value of 255. I am moving and no longer have a use for it. Unfortunately, my employer took a bit longer to cancel that for me so I had one last issued check.

Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do with it? Can I sell it? If so, where?
