Restarting Round 2 Today. With some mods.

So I finished my first round on June 20th. I started my second round on July 13th, and ended 10 days later. I chose to look at ending after 10 days not as a failed Whole30 but as a successful 10 day reset. I have gone of the rails pretty wildly the last few weeks and I'm kicking myself. This past saturday WOULD have been the end of my second round, had I not derailed after 10 days. And I'm kicking myself for not following through. I keep thinking about how much better I could be feeling and looking right now, had I stuck to it. It's weird I'm finding Round 2 harder than Round 1

So. I'm restarting Round 2 today. I am going to have to do it slightly modified so it won't be a true Whole30. There are too many social events and a camping trip coming up, and I want to be able to relax and have a little fun. So I'm going to try to stick to Whole30 90-95%, and outside of that try to at least keep it Paleo. I will be drinking when I camp, but I'm going to TRY to keep it cool, and stick with cider and light alcohol with fresh citrus and seltzers. I KNOW This isn't a true Whole30. I've done one round of a 100% compliant Whole30. I realize I won't be getting the maximum effect by not sticking to it 100%. I'm okay with this.

Anyway. No punchline really. Just saying. starting round 2. Mad at myself for not following through the first time on round 2.
