Strongest urge ever just hit me

I have relapsed many times over the last 2 weeks and today I had another opportunity to do so. I wanted to do it and one part of my brain was saying no but i started watching game of thrones. It helped me resist for an hour but after it was over the urge came back. I was browsing porn but not watching the videos, this lasted for an hour or so. After that I pushed hard and just went out.

This was the strongest one so far. I belive if i can resist this then i can resist the future ones. Game is on.
