I'd like my funds back, in its entirety.

I have contacted you through a ticket, Facebook, and still no Bitcoins in my wallet. I was trying to convert BTC to ETH, but it got stuck at "Awaiting exchange". Later got a reply saying that my funds were found and would be send back. Two days later my Bitcoin wallet shows a nice amount of 0.00000000 Bitcoin. I need my funds RIGHT NOW. My TxID is: da7d7366997a87ca3fad176cbd17fbcc085e4f484102a22e7421ee2916013762. The amount is: 0.01904331. My status link is: https://shapeshift.io/#/status/5dc9d7f6-6fd4-4f66-b5d5-8f2e211c2db5. I want the full amount back, including transaction fee. I read somewhere someone got a refund, but you guys were the ones that were on the bright side. That's not how it works. I WANT MY FUNDS BACK IN THEIR DAMN ENTIRETY. After that I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use your service again. Next time it will be either https://changer.com or https://changelly.com. If someone else is reading this, do yourself a favour and use one of these two, don't send your money to these fuckers.

EDIT: My ticket number is: 74122. I need this money to eat. If I don't get my money back... I would call you a bunch of heartless people. So thanks in advance.

2nd EDIT: I've got my coins now, they finally decided they'd send them back. Minus the transaction fee, though I know it could've been worse and am thus accepting this.
