New shitty bots spamming subreddits

Not sure where the craze comes from but in the last weeks there was an increasing amount of useless bots that seem to scrape all subreddits indifferently and posting spam on certain keywords.

This went as far as me having to remove a bot that grades other bots and puts them in a toplist. wtf.

Is there a good blacklist around so I can carpetbomb-ban the most of them or any other useful way to deal with that?
