Crew Deal Memo

Hello Friends,

I'm a producer and I'm looking for a simple deal memo I can send to my crew before we start production. Something that clearly breaks out the rate, number of days, ect... Something a little more wordy than an estimate or email. I do mostly freelance and want something that leans a little more in favor of the crew. Any help would be greatly appreated.
