How do I get my stuff back after getting hacked?

Approximately a year ago I took a break from osrs because i had to study for my finals and osrs was too much of an distraction. Luckily I passed my exams and after going on holiday for 6 weeks I totally forgot about the game because I started playing other games and I was busy with work and school after that etc...

Now I miss the times playing osrs so I just wanted to log in osrs and my account was locked, appareantly it was stolen. So after recovering my account (which was actually really fast) I was broke as hell,( I've never been rich but I know for sure that I had atleast a few mil) my G.E. history was full of expensive skilling items that I never have bought or were in my bank since most of my stats are in the 50-70's and almost every item worth above 20K in my bank was gone.

So now I ask you guys for help, is there anyway to contact jagex and get my items back. I have no proof of what my bank was worth from when I quit and I never shared my account or gave personal information away. So my question now is: what should I do?

EDIT: I have an incomplete money making guide that I made for my clan where you can see me wearing some good armour and see my G.E. history with items that are worth a few coins but I don't think that counts as proof.
