Fixed a bug where Talented would proc when killing an enemy with a skill or grenade instead of the weapon itself.

Thank you, Talented, I had a lot of fun playing with you, you were the gem of my favorite build. Unfortunately the developer doesnt care about fun, you or me. You were the most important part in my Electronics build that made me play this game again. I will try to find something else to make me play, but... like I dont know, I'm kinda tired of all this. I dont need patches or exploding heads, I just want to have fun, relax. And I fail to understand why must I strenuously look for that fun instead of just having it the way I want... Nevermind, Talented, I'm just screaming in the desert of ignore. Farewell, my friend
