Me [24 M] made it past date number 3 with [23F], but could use some advice.

Dating

So to preface this, I'm [24M] more or less recently single after a ~3 year relationship that turned into a r/deadbedrooms type nightmare. I won't go into all the details (unless someone really wants to know?) but the short version of the story is that my previous partner [24F] developed what can only be described as a serious aversion to all things sexual (due to mental health) and it led to about a solid year or two of no sex, whatsoever. It took a lot to break out of that relationship and I've been trying to get my confidence and experience back up in the dating world as I feel a lot of things I began to accept as "normal" were in fact, unhealthy and depressing as hell.

So about 10 first dates in on various dating apps (tried all of them, why not) I actually get a good match and we hit it off with some long texting conversations.

Started talking only about 11 days ago, and she actually messaged me first which was super flattering. Had a really nice first date (dinner with a long, engaging conversation) which led to a second (dinner, a walk, and drinks) which led to a third (Walk on a Sunday evening around sunset with a really nice view) and dessert. From a physical standpoint this went from a hug, to a quick kiss the second date, to some hand holding, more physical closeness, and a couple more kisses on the 3rd. I've had to take the lead to initiate in all these cases but they seem to have been received well. She seems very interested in a 4th date so clearly I'm doing at least something right.

What has been extremely difficult for me is trying to gauge the physical attraction and making the appropriate moves back, as I more or less had to re-wire my brain to BLOCK out all of those thoughts in the past relationship. Even though I absolutely LOVE that stuff (hell, to me being physical is one of the best/most important elements of a relationship), I feel like I've been forced to believe its unwanted at all times and I'm going to ruin things by being forward with what I want out of it.

This probably sounds stupid because things are going really well (and fast??) so far, but I can feel the apprehension building on my end, especially since the 4th-6th date (lets say) is kind of the zone where some more legit hooking up often goes down.

This is the farthest (date-wise) I've gotten since becoming single a ~3 months ago so I'd really like to see it go well.

Your input is greatly appreciated!

tl;dr: Don't want DB past to negatively affect my dating future. Feel like I'm so close to breaking through the mental barrier but need some advice and encouragement.
