Recommendation for handyman? And House cleaner?

Hey All,

I own a rental in Madison and am looking for a reliable handyman for whatever misc. jobs the tenant may need (leaky faucet, need mouse traps, tall light bulb, gutters, mow lawn, etc.). Can anyone recommend someone insured and with reasonable rates?

What about a house keeper? We've used some of the commercial services but haven't been very happy with what we've gotten for the money.
