Opinion on the Wraith?

After playing this game for a few days I am in love with it. I have it for both PC and PS4, don't ask me why, and I can't get enough. However there is one thing that bothers me and that's the Wraith. It doesn't matter what character I'm playing if I come across a Wraith I get demolished. Yesterday I played a game against a team of all Wraiths and my team was fairly balanced and we got dominated.

Does anyone know what character counters him best? Does anyone else also share the opinion that he is one powerful MoFo?
