I don't really believe Cersei pregnant but if she is I've a theory about her death. Maggy the Frog told her she'd have 3 children who would die. I'm thinking she will miscarry the child in order to keep the 3 children straight and she will also die in childbirth. Jamie will have indirectly killed her by getting her pregnant. IDK how they would do this but it seems possible.
