Trying to calculate for a paver patio

I'm building a paver patio with brick pavers.

I'm trying to figure out how to calculate the interior dimensions of the wooden border I will build to fit an even amount of pavers without having to cut them.

Each paver is 4" X 8" common, 3.8" X 7.7" actual size.

The pattern I'm looking at creating is best explained by having 4 pavers vertical with 4 pavers horizontal.

Is there an equation I can use to calculate what the interior size of the border needs to be in order to eliminate cutting any bricks?

I could also eliminate a 2 pavers on each side if I ran into an issue and needed to change the pattern around the far ends.
