32 [M4F] "A friend is someone who knows the song in your heart and can sing it back to you when you have forgotten words
Hey there! It seems like people online try to present their 'best' self, which isn't what I'm looking for - it's impossible to be 'on' 24/7. Adulting makes it pretty damn hard to make new friends. I'm not hanging out at bars, or playing organized sports anymore, so meeting new people, let alone people I click with is pretty hard to do. I think it's harder to find someone that you like to talk to and be friends with than it is to find someone to sleep with. Relationship status doesn’t matter to me - I can listen to you vent about an argument you had with your boyfriend, or if you’re just feeling lonely because a date went bad, or you are just in man hater mode and want to veg on the couch and watch sad movies. Conversations can range from general chit chat to deep emotional talks - I’m in it for the long haul - if you’re having a bad day, I want to hear about it, just like I want to be able to celebrate the good stuff that is happening in your life, too. I don’t particularly care about age range – preferably preshuffle board age. I’m ok getting to know you young whipper snappers on the interwebs if you’re in need of a friend. Pretty much if you’re serious about finding a friend who’s in it for the long haul, we have a great place to start. If any of this sounds remotely interesting, Feel free to drop me a line and we can start getting to know each other : )
