Looking For A Wikia Bot

I want a bot that can go to a Wikia page after a user types in a certain command to grab a picture and put it in chat. For example, if the user says "!bc Surfer Cat" It would take them to http://battle-cats.wikia.com/wiki/Surfer_Cat_(Super_Rare_Cat) and grab the image under the Stats section and paste it into chat. Is there a bot already like this, and if not is there anyone willing to make one? I don't know how difficult it is to make them.
