Up high or down low?

Still waiting on my prescription glasses inserts for my Oculus after my friend, who introduced me to VR scratched his lenses up with his glasses, but I did set up my rift in the best play area I can manage.

The guardian is 4x4 in an area that's maybe 6x5. I was hoping to get a third sensor but now I can see there just isn't room for it. I have the sensors on light stands behind everything else in the room and as far back as possible. They are 64" high, two inches from the wall and angled down. This setup allows me full tracking in every direction from as far up as I can reach to about four inches from the floor. When I adjust them to get good floor level tracking I loose it up high about the same distance from my max reach. Since I haven't really begun playing anything in earnest I'm not sure how much time I'm going to spend in either extreme or which is the most important for most games, upper tracking or lower? On which extreme do you spend the most time playing?
