Replace a lost french driving licence in Spain

I was wondering if it is possible to replace a lost french driving licence in spain. I do not have any valid permanent residency in France already, therefore I cannot make a request there. But I have a national working visa in Spain and paper photo copy of french driving licence. The problem is that if I cannot replace it then I need to pass all driving exams as a new driver in Spain which cost some money and time, and I do not speak Spanish yet unfortunately.
