Windows 10 Asus T100 install

Solved

Being the computer guy in the family I usually end up getting everyone's old computers when they upgrade, so when I mil found an old 2-1 Asus she gave it to me and said have at it. It had Windows 8 installed with a 32 bit install but the processor says it's 64 bit. So I put in my win10 flash drive to install it and no go. Bios knows it's plugged in but just restarts normal when I try to boot it. So I created a win10 32 bit flash drive and it's working fine. Anyone have any suggestions? The install drive is working fine on other computers but will not on this. Here is the processor and it's running on 64 bit as it says. http://ark.intel.com/products/76759/Intel-Atom-Processor-Z3740-2M-Cache-up-to-1_86-GHz Going to try and create another 64 bit flash drive and try that but as I said the one I was using is working fine for other computers.
