Neighbors have a nasty broken down trailer parked outside of their house.

My title pretty much explains the problem, I'm just wondering what to do about it. To give a little context we live in the suburbs at the end of a cul-de-sac. My neighbor recently (3 months ago) got a new nasty trailer accompanied with broken windows and very eerie vibes whenever you walk past it. There's a roll of aluminum foil within eyesight of the window which leads me to believe there's some meth like activities going on. The trailer is technically on his property (in the road) or at least by it, but it's close to my house and is definitely an eye sore. I'm all about doing what you want on your property but not when there's a potential explosion hazard right outside of my house. I also don't want that sort of clientel around either. I could call the cops but I don't want to live near pissed off neighbors. What is the best possible solution to this situation?
