Help with my ele wander build

So I made this build because I wanted to eventually kill shaper but my damage on t11+ bosses (my KB can kill about every trash) with my barrage is so bad, on some bosses I cant even kill them because they regen more hp than I can do damage.

Can someone tell me whats wrong with my char?
