Content stolen and published by steemit user. How to report?

Hi. As the title says, I've found a user that is stealing online content from other blogs, translating them (word by word) into english and publishing them onto steemit.

But I can't find a way of reporting it so the content is taken down and 'or the user reprimanded.

So I ask, what is the best way to deal with this?

Thanks.
