Skin Devs: How to make use of Skin Helper Service?

I'm a fan of two skins by jurialmunkey, Arctic Zephyr and Eminence 2.0. Each one of these lacks something that I find crucial, that the other one has. I've found modifying Eminence to be the easiest route for my goals:

• Widgets capable of showing more than 8 or 10 items (Arctic shortcoming)
• TV show widgets that show the season and episode # in 0x00 format (Eminence shortcoming)
• Widgets showing either the airdate or the release year depending on content

I've implemented all except for the airdate/release date. I'd like to make use of Skin Helper Service, particularly it's ListItem.Premiered.formatted option, but I don't know how to "add" that script to the skin and what I see in both the wiki for it and Titan's source code isnt very helpful to me at this stage, as I cannot find where the author specifically "imports" or "includes" the Skin Helper Service.
