USPS full autist?

Had a package at the nearest distribution center, it was sent to local PO for delivery...then sent back to distribution center... 3 times. It’s just going back and forth between the two. I’m hyped for my SPB and don’t understand why this is happening. I’m hoping today that stays at the local PO and goes to delivery but common USPS what the Fuck.
