Old BIP 38 paper wallet, what do I need to import/sweep it?

Hi Everyone, I've had an encrypted paper wallet for a few years now and would like to import it into a different wallet (possibly bread wallet). The paper wallet was made on bitasdress.org and I still have the hard copy of the paper wallet. I have the pass phrase saved, but also have the WIF private key. Can't I simply scan the WIF key and import or will that still require my pass phrase? Thanks for the help!
