A Ranked Matchmaking Proposal mainly to solo standard (recommended by Psyonix)

A couple of weeks ago I was playing solo standard to try and rank up because it is very hard ranking up in solo standard since the teammates are not very coordinated, anyway since I NEVER win solo standard games (because the team is mainly bad at rotations including me) I lost the game and saw the people's ranks at the end of the game and was kinda ticked off to see as I am diamond 1 my teammates were PLATINUM 1 EACH! Of course like my weird self I report this to Psyonix and they say, "Unfortunately the matchmaking system is not always able to pair you with people from your same rank for a simple reason, there is not always a lot of Diamond 1 players waiting for a Solo Standard match at the same exact time as you, and in the same region as you, so the system tries to find the next best fit at the time, otherwise you could end up waiting for dozens of minutes to join a match, and I'm sure that would be even worse". So then I tell them that I'd assume most players would want to rank up by people who are around there skill level and for me that would mean Platinum 3-Diamond 2. I'm sure it would take a minute or two which again would not bother me at all. All I'm saying is that can we please be paired to people around our skill level, without win streaks or 3 second matchmaking. Also, win streaks aren't beneficial to most players because they could be getting many wins than verse people who are a couple ranks higher than them then lose at division 4 (like me in 1s)

TL;DR Well I guess all of you ended up here, but all I'm saying is that i am diamond 1 in solo standard and got paired with 2 platinum 1s and Psyonix should pair people in ranked who are around the same skill area excluding people with win streaks at lower ranks.
